Quality Control and Workflow

Through its state-of-the art workflow system, Translation City implements the following quality control process:

After the client submits a document, a project manager specialized in that subject and language area is assigned to the task of monitoring the entire translation process.

The project manager works together with his team of qualified translators to translate the document in the most efficient and timely manner.

The translated document is then edited and proofread by the Quality Assurance Analyst.

Document is Sent Back to Project Management Team for Final Review Before Submitting to Client
